01 – Put cubed potatoes in dry pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 12 min.
02 – Uncover pan, use a spatula to scrape and mix potatoes. Cover and continue to cook until cooked through.
03 – Transfer potatoes to serving dish and wipe out pan.
04 – Place crumbled tofu in pan dump in spices along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and cook over med heat.
05 – When tofu starts to brown, add soy milk and nutritional yeast. Mix until almost all soy milk cooks off.
06 – Plate along with potatoes. Garnish with fresh herbs and hot sauce.
